I read this Ann as, need more funding which is in advance stages. This could mean a quick Ann next week or nothing till next year at the pace these guys work. Share price will linger around the .002 - .004 mark. Till we get more cash to retest C17 and commercial flows are reported than its more of a waiting game. Over and out!
