Kudos to you @hazza25 for showing good character. It was always clear that you were trusting what you had been told and what the company was saying publicly - the thing is you should be able to trust those things.
Unfortunately that hasn't been the case here. Facts and statements being made on behalf of the company were clearly divergent late last year - the ASX Aware enquiries were very informative on that front. Hope was that the integrity issues were accounted for with the change of management, but it now seems that the issues were deeper than just one individual. I have never cut Marty a millimeter of slack before (when you are running a company you're ultimately responsible for everything - that's why you get paid handsomely) but I am left wondering just how far culpability for the integrity issues extends through the board of TNC.
I am almost certain a storyline about 'evil Nebari' is being worked on right now to explain away responsibility for this debacle, but I'd caution against accepting such tripe in favor of remembering the people who got TNC to where it is today. I will sign off from these threads with a repost of something I put up in May this year - it's all easy in hindsight, but it is best to take the hard lessons we learn forward with us to help us in the future.
