Best to direct your queries to the company itself. They are no longer listed on the ASX so there won't be any notifications through the ASX.
However as a shareholder even privately they should communicate what is happening but you would need to provide an email address for them.
Given it has been a year since delisted and there was no funding or paid their ASX fee i would say they walked away or it is still there but they are just using funds to keep the lights on but no one is home as they needed to raise capital but if they can keep the lights on it would reduce the risk of litigation as they can say they are still operating in some capacity.... This is just my pure speculation and opinion as always DYOR and be wary of any silver lining.
