Good questions josimar re the gold; and merit's too re Dennis Clark. Was he pushed, did he jump ?

"Following discussions between A1 and Mr Dennis Clark,  .." ??  Vague wording. Was he bought out? He owns/owned 10 % from what I can see; and seems to have been a hard working, hands on founding director.

Checks and balances ? Is the board now skewed exclusively towards Gandel Metals and Squadron Resources (their appointees)? The position of MD seems to have disappeared, with Dale Rogers "assuming the role of Executive Chairman". He is a relatively recent appointee to the board (nov 2014 - post the change in major shareholders).

Wish DC could post on HC but no doubt "the discussions" are subject to confidentiality
