Do you know how Vannin Capital was priced compared to LCA though? If you mark to market the litigation assets LCA has it is currently trading around 1.2x BV on my numbers compared to 3.4x BV for BUR. I agree it isn't going to list at 3x the price (on par with BUR) but there is plenty of upside and the brokers doing the UK raising will no doubt already be aware of that.

Thats why I question the capital raising now at current valuation (except as you say, unless that was about ensuring the resolution gets passed).
