Ok so doing some rough calculations here
After the recent $10m raise
say 70m shares on issue
the AGM resolutions are seeking approval for raising up to 70m GBP
So lets just assume that the exchange rate is 1 GBP = 2 AUD
If the raise the maximum 70m GBP @ $1 AUD per share equivalent that = 140m new shares on issue
so 140m + 70m shares = roughly 210m shares on issue
$25m in net assets currently
$10m from recent raise
$140m from AIM listing raise
= $175m in net assets (with out taking into consideration any FY19 earnings)
Say at a share price of $1 AUD the market cap will be $210m AUD and LCA will have roughly $175m in net assets
Its almost like the more money they raise... the better this sounds and they will be able to fund their growing book and start taking market share rapidly....
