    I agree.  Do you think shareholders will approve the delisting when they are effectively voting themselves out of the company in many cases (dont have the mandate to hold UK equities)?  And why raise money now from Australian shareholders who can't keep the shares once the company is listed in the UK?


    Dont get me wrong from the company point of view I can see the reason for it (access to capital as previously posted) and I think the company will look back at this as a great move but as an Australian shareholder that cant hold overseas equities it means Australian shareholders miss out on the upside.
