Logo design is cheap, just use a crowd source graphic design provider like Design Crowd (not a plug, just one I've used), only stationery that needs printing is business cards, which would be $$500 -$1,000 max depending on the number of directors. No one actually prints stationery these days as you just have a digital letterhead precedent and send things by email or print it when you've written the letter.
I'd say that all in, the costs of the name change will be under $5k (or at least it could be).
