There was 9,058,000 offered to buy at .004 and 9,057,999 offered to sell at .003 when the market for GLV opened at 10.04.19
So the shares at .003 were filled first and then the one at .004.
Essentially the sellers pushed in front... the risk they run is that the buyer at .004 reduces or cancels their order just prior to opening and they only get .003.
Happens daily but not normally for that amount of volume.
