I feel like it was pretty evident he did very little to drive progression - I mean how much did he live up to his only ever address to the market:
There is no way Vlad and PB could justify handing out 27.5k per month... I mean sure.. if you're visibly doing something but what did he do? what announcements did he sign off on? how many presos or interviews did he push out? We spent a sh1t ton getting listed on the hot dog exchange to what end? Was that his remit or all that was in his party bag? His tenure looked like a paid holiday to me...
A serious CEO would have shown a little more engagement with the company and market. Do we all think Jan earnt his 330k and 10m shares? I certainly dont..
TBH I don't think there is really that high flyin' a reputation to tarnish any further but I am curious, for all the kids at home could ya outline exactly what "deception Vlad and PB are perpetrating" please ?
Even though I thought Jan was the udder on the SRN bull, promised alot then didn't talk to us once, wasted our cash, took more than he truly earned and achieved very little overall. I can tell you one thing for sure - I wont be following him to the next company on hot copper to "warn" everyone or dump my stack of hangups.. especially not something like 18-24 months later like some mentally unstable, borderline psycho creep. Just a thought though......
