Agree there. Market will only be looking to whether the Hainan plant completion leads to further deals, the completion by itself will be a bit of a non-event.
There will be a lot more work required to get the options over the line than the company anticipates. Stating that they are on track to exceed expectations that have been amended backwards isn't going to fire up the market nor entice brokers to start buying.
