Only a massive change in revenue generation will pivot the company away from a CR. The shadow of a CR creates inherent uncertainty of a company's value and future cash-in-bank.
As a non-holder there is ZERO incentive to buy a share now. Even at 1c.
Note: This has been evident since the last quarterly in Jan so there has been plenty of opportunity to sell before today's price.
