If anyone on NOR really does want the hot-tip, pick up some XPE to offset potential losses on NOR IMO.
It's already more then covered anything I'm standing to lose from NOR.
PSF while its dirt-cheap as well.
But I'll continue to hold NOR, but it just isn't looking good unfortunately.
