Holy crap, sounds a little uncomfortable for you. Never impressed when the CEO passes all this off to some poor liason officer. Obviously PO hasn't time to answer all disgruntled shareholders calls and emails , and there would be loads now but it is part of their job. I don't contact any Liason or publicity officers at all as they cannot give you anymore insight or comfort than you can receive from market releases. All they do is point you in that direction and someone the company can have on the end of a phone. IMO
