Perhaps, the acquisition announcement (when it arrives) might go something like, "... because of the festival of the moon and the ravages of COVID and the debilitating economic downturn and the frustrating lack of legislation and the generally deplorable state of things related to MM, combined with the alignment of Mars with the moons of Saturn, CGB has decided to acquire ... wait for it ... here it comes ... an outstanding mining prospect that we believe will provide long term benefit for our loyal shareholders (all 5 of them)! Oh, and can we have some more cash?"
