The above doc is obviously covering Ch17 so if you scroll down to have a look at 17.3 to 17.5, this covers 'forced' suspensions (not at the entity's request)
Rule 17.5 lists the documents under Ch4 which have to be lodged to avoid a suspension which isn't voluntary ( https://www.asx.com.au/documents/rules/Chapter04.pdf )
So even though the company haven't made any release to shareholders/market - dyor but there's a possibility that they have a forced suspension at the moment ?
The ASX might well have played right into their hands imo.
If that's the case, the relevancy of the ongoing suspension on these supposed proposed acquisitions takes second-place and they would probably stay suspended until they produce the 1/2-year report anyway imo.
Having said that, I'd have thought the ASX would make that clear via an announcement of some kind ?
