After all, when Robert Coenaads stepped down from having been their Geo for the bauxite BS, they gave him a fulltime position as a regular employee.

So, now they're down to the bare bones of the required number of Directors according to the regs for a public company.

Going back to the historical farce of relisting as cgb, that suspension was extended because the quota of the BoD was too low. If that is the case again due to her departure from the BoD, it could be another reason/excuse to keep the suspension until a replacement was found.

From the original BoD on relisting, 3 have left - no replacements at all.

Marion was never on the BOD, she wasn't a director.

you can see this in the annual report, Marion was the only one listed under Key Management Personnel
