Did anyone really expect to see anything other than an extension?

I am surprised at the stepping down of Ms Lesaffre. The wellness division was doing so well?
Why cant they update on sales, or the Thailand operations?

Someone suggested that maybe they are pursuing the "best person for the job". Given the past performance, i would not bet on it, not a single CGB share in fact.

"The Board understands the inconvenience caused by the delays in finalizing the proposed transactions
and is committed to continue working alongside regulators to complete the process in a timely manner
to allow the Company to resume trading as soon as possible."

We havent exceeded the last trading halt of 9months, only 5months deep in this one, there is a long long way to go yet.
