Well said Bas, plus, with the possibility (though hardly likely according to the Judge) of that individual being called as a witness in support of the company v Medcan, they're hardly likely to show any signs of admonishing the company in the meantime, shareholder or not.
So it's pretty much peeing against the wind insofaras holding an unbiased conversation is concerned imo and it's just as well the ignore button is being utilised.
