In hindsight, the 50% reduction in salary really is just a token.

Given that Sholom has been a Director of Mars Mines Limited since October 2021, maybe a salary cut should have been order far sooner?



According to the District Court of Queensland publicly available document 1639/22, dated 28th November 2022, citing "Medcan Australia Pty Ltd v Cann Global Limited [2022]QDC 264", Mr Feldman resides equally across 2 Locations, Sydney and Los Angeles.

Given there are 12 months per year, it is true then, that for 6 months of the year, Mr Feldman resides on a different continent.

I know in these days of Zoom calls, the global world has shrunk. But surely this has some impact on the extended suspension?
