This has got to set off alarm bells all over the place with the various Regulatory Bodies imo...!

"In late September 2022, the Company requested a voluntary suspension in trading of its securities as
it sought to conclude amaterialtransaction, which was oneofseveralbeingpursued by CGB at that
time. That transaction, amongst others which CGB has since actively reviewed and sought to progress,
didnotsatisfyregulatoryhurdles, notwithstanding its assessed commercial merit."

So they've had multiple alleged transactions (including a 'material' one), aka 'opportunities', falling outside the Regulatory Frameworks which they would not have been able to conform to.
Interesting use of the word 'HURDLES' - something that couldn't be jumped over or 'cleared' can also be termed as being a BARRIER eh..

Now they're looking at EVEN MORE so-called 'opportunities' with the same excuses framework of their own - "due diligence".

Pretty much like in athletics, every runner in every lane has had a false-start, and now they want the whole race re-set to try again. This time round though, the 'Officials' should be even more observant.

If they're allowed to rinse-repeat this cycle up to September 2024, there's the 2-year non-trading suspension which goes towards de-listing.

Of course one of the 'regulatory hurdles' may also be the (to date) non-settlement of the charges preferred against them by Medcan for non-payment of their contract.

Whilst the MD of a company is involved in legal proceedings pertaining to the business of the company he runs, wouldn't he make every effort as a matter of urgency to settle those charges prior to pursuing any takeover efforts (or 'material transactions') of any other entitity ???

I rest my case....well, maybe not yet lol
