I'm not sure why you feel you can continue to make unsubstantiated claims regarding their balance sheet when you have had absolutely no update in over 6 months.
Last year they spent in excess of $9m on operating costs. Not including acquisition processes, court cases etc.... That would suggest in half a year (time since update) they are likely to have spent close to $4.5m based on historical performance doesn't it?
Wouldn't historical performance be the only measure we could use to guess, given the absolute lack of detail being provided?
I think it would be best to refrain from suggesting they have a strong balance sheet until you have some recent proof of such claims. Don't you?
