This was, by such a long way, the most ludicrous one of the lot - and when it was questioned many supporters hammered those who dared question the "port" facility. From memory, I don't even think it was set up to ship bauxite. However (and sadly), many posters seem to have been believing otherwise. No shortage of "firm belief" thing is there never seemed to be much beyond that. Well ... apart from "management fee" payments to AGMPL and interest free loans to Volcan etc. And that is all, should anyone have the interest to look, noted in the published financial documents.
