Thank you for the clarification church...now I know what you are referring to regarding a potential year on year production if mining was to occur. Did they have an MDL then to realise it, or were they required to report on possible ore production, at current ore prices that the ASX need to scrutinise when letting Explorer' s claim all this wonderful data? A question not a dig at your post.
So you asked the MDL...what do you know about the process to get an MDL? This might help you, plus working close to a environmental heritage site, and dealing with Bob Katter. These are the things I was made aware of. You cant sell medium quality ore if the market price is down and the cost to produce mined ore is greater than the selling price. That might some way to answer your question.
