In reading the poster's thoughts I would more say an assumptive or poster that is speculating. The fact is, even the poster is guessing perhaps, so can only pose the same questions, or commentate on others who post, perhaps?

Fact is...we have no facts, and there is no real substantive or even updated available evidence. That is all I see is as Fact...gosh!
