The new Thai Cannabis laws will be good for licenced professional commercial growers/exporters. It going to be medical focused with Cannabis Dr's/Nurses issuing a cannabis card or similar to facilitate purchases. From here the laws will only weaken each election cycle as the industry develops most likely. Police can now shut down (try to) illegal growers/sellers/importers with the new laws protecting the legal industry.
