David Evans yet again tied up in dealings. What a coincidence; I guess it is a small world with only 8 billion people so they're sure to transact with the same related party multiple times in a row..
Not acquiring assets at all at this stage. Just paying for an option.. not an option on pricing, just to be a potential buyer.
I'd love to give them the benefit of the doubt but right now the whole Koegas situation is flashing up to me.. $200k in shares which were then written off as a dead expense as that deal went nowhere.
