Who the hell reviews and signs off on these capital projects. Samuel was already given more money and to build the CCP and now more money and if you get it done after you were supposed to we will give you a bonus. Samuel has Pen over a barrel and Pen has us shareholders over a barrel with yet another capital raise. It’s always someone else’s fault but we the shareholders pay the price with diluted shares again and again.
PEN just do better. It’s been 2 months and this is the best they come up with. What a surprise they need more money and another production downgrade. FFS
