A budget blow-out developing the plant was always expected, atleast to me, and as with any construction, a uranium processing plant is no exception. Capital raising or financing also was considered, although I do note management did propose adequate funding through to production...perhaps this will be so. With all the recent doubt, having just a sniff PEN is close on getting across that line brings about my optimism...as the current MC poorly reflects this.

I suppose the production guidance will better inform the potential.
