also, on the subject of material forecast changes in 25,26,27... you can clearly read in the previous forecasting these 3 years were always going to be ramp-up's in production.
With the CPP delay, it's a no brainer these 3 years will be staggered by hopefully no more than 1 year each...and there's your production downgrade for each of those years.
Hence my point, lets get the CPP producing and stop this delay... I welcome news that indicates so!
