This companies not coming back. The fact he didn't pay the annual listing fee on time tells me he's not even interested in overseeing the co. That's basic bookwork. And as far as financials go it's possible they haven't been lodged due to a lot of the funds moving out of the company and into his new venture. I suspect he's going to keep it suspended for two years which will result in it being delisted. All speculation of course and I may be wrong. I hope I am. But it's looking ominous....
