"options for of course for Glen"
Ash I will be voting in favour of the issue of the options to the CEO. They are not a bonus or a reward for past achievements, they are an incentive for future achievements i.e. - Market entry into two markets being - 1. China, India or Indonesia; AND - 2. USA, UK, or Japan. It would be interesting to know what "the gross transaction value defined by the Board" is. In any case if the CEO achieves that vesting condition and decides to exercise all of his options he will be up for $675k to convert the oppies. As a shareholder I would be encouraged by an investment of that magnitude by the CEO of any company.
