    Hi cabmerlo.

    I don't think Giulio was aware of the report Fip80 posted yesterday. I believe he would be aware of what the Chinese so called infrastructure builder/funder is up to.
    I sent an email to him last night asking questions based on the report and other things about their options.and got a reply of, what report. I sent a copy of the report to Giulio. As I previously stated, I also was sent the report about one hour before Fip80 posted it.
