    there is no minimum price at which MS has to sell the 28m parcel.
    it just has to achieve the "best" price in an orderly sale.
    am not sure price the shares were purchased, but you can go back and look at the Sub S/H notices lodged on ASX, and work it out. I think it was around 8.2c p/s?
