    $16usd/0.69 aud conversion is $23M aud.

    So they coul pay another 2 cents capital return comfortably.

    The more cash they have the more annoying parasites will persist.

    After this capital return they should do another one. So Aurora will bigger off as arbitrage will reduce more.
