    Announcement today is much better than I expected, not too much dilution.

    I am still pissed off that all of this could have been avoided if NGPH made their payments in a timely manner. They should be sued for destroying shareholder value.

    On a positive note, existing shareholders can buy at a low price without doing the cat and mouse on the open market.
