Per my understanding, it’s a transition from one director’s benefit to the other director.
I don’t know how many existing shareholders r willing to pay 11c more per share and full rights issue. If u exclude the recent pump for the CR, 73c is a bit high. This kind of acquisition won’t improve the businesses dramatically in a short time.
