We owe THEM? Sorry mate, you have it round the wrong way if you think shareholders have ANY obligation to directors.
They are the ones with an obligation (legal and moral) to act honestly and carefully with OUR money. This whole situation absolutely STUNK of self-interest and they have either failed to communicate appropriately or have been caught out doing dodgy deals. Either way, they have shown themselves to be unfit as directors and I am glad to see the back end of them.
