Anterior - what you say regarding the company would be fair if they had not already exhausted their opportunity to make things right - they have only provided excuses and delay.
whatever is happening with the auditor is of great concern. I’m unsure of their reason to want to resign but I fear it involves the true nature of the companies finances differing from the story they have told.
