A newspaper report hardly gives insight to what will be said in court.
Not a good look for a Govt. to trample on indigenous people's sacred beliefs even if they have been dreamed-up at the last minute.

The case will be heard; due process will be seen to have been done. Both sides will argue their case.

But, I am thinking this is more about white people with agenda's whispering in native peoples' ears saying "I think we can do something about this. Just sign here."

Meanwhile, LCK will be working hard towards first flare.
I didn't read the court has granted an injunction.
