From Tony - i can’t post attachments but one was the most recent announcement and the other was from an abc journalist around what our mate Vince Coulthard had to say. I’m no lawyer but I couldn’t fathom the company would come out of a trading halt to face today’s bloodbath if they didn’t have to, remember that the vast majority of equity in this company is held by LCK staff and corner stone investor.



FYI, a quick summary of where we are at with the Injunction Application. Plus a news article on the issue that I thought was quite balanced, for a Journalist

1. We will obviously defend this very strongly, alongside government, the first defendant. We are Co-Defendant.
2. Court hearing yesterday, following the service of documents the night before, was adjourned until Monday 10am, SA time, to give the defendants tome to consider their position and prepare their defence.
3. Our legal advice is that we are not able to extend Trading Halt.
