I don't expect an answer today.

The judge will need to go away and read through evidence presented and give it due consideration for legal process reasons only, nothing to do with politics (separation of powers).

Clearly, the opposing side didn't turn-up with a flimsy case; they wouldn't have bothered.

My assessment is (as others have posted) the Government put LCK through an exhaustive approval process, and have demonstrated (as in the South East Fracking decision) they aren't Gung-Ho pro mining and to hell with community and environmental concerns. So, I am assuming they checked all angles before giving LCK approvals.

We should get a favorable decision. But, who knows?

IMO
