I agree with that. Beyond that, all i want is a judge who will let the legislation and rule of law be the guide. Support the relevant experts and ministers and govt departments, and all those parties who have followed the laid out process and met the requirements, and spent tens of millions on this basis....and consulted with the ALTAs along the way. Everyone gets their turn. ALTA had their turn and this is not their turn. They will get another turn
