I am hoping you are right.
But, LCK may not have taken the risk to place orders for final operations pending knowing the outcome of a possible injunction (particularly if such orders were placed after knowing that an injunction action was before the courts - they most likely would not be recoverable).
They will still seek damages for other costs they were already committed to.
