Hello All,

I've been sitting in on the hearing today since 10am, they moved to a different court room as there were a few dozen onlookers.

Hearing has been adjourned to 2pm, i'll head back shortly.

All seems to be going as expected, ATLA's lawyers have presented several nonsensical arguments, and rambled on for 2.5 hours. LCK lawyers spoke well and will speak again at 2pm, SA Gov lawyers yet to speak.

Arguments are much the same as last week, all seem deficient on behalf of ATLA

Parnell was there for the first hour, posting on face book and not actually listening in, he must have been bored as he left the building.

Vince must have had something more important on, hes a no show
