re: Ann: Company Update - Financing Documents... Its a simple majority of VOTING shareholders (excluding Glencore) which means its VERY important that everyone votes!!

Its a pretty obvious decision to me and while I can understand why YTG and the related Directors are upset about seeing their personal/company interests losing out on this deal its clearly in the best interests of YTC shareholders to accept it. I would have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror and saying shareholders shouldnt accept this financing package. I follow a number of early stage companies and I would challenge anyone to come up with a company that has received a more favorable financing package than this in the last year or so. (I am not saying one doesnt exist but I havent seen one)

P.S. I find it especially interesting that the dissenting Directors take issue with Glencore's 9.9% stake when YTG has a much larger one.
