Yeah, their "arguments" are pretty self-serving. Them crying "dilution! dilution!!" is just as ridiculous
- first, because its highly likely that YTC will be able to pay back the notes
- second, if for some reason there were trouble with that, all YTG will have to do to avoid such dilution is giving YTC a bridge loasn to pay off the notes. It's not like they can't afford it ...
