One wonders why on earth its was NOT a condition of loans to have a strong Oil hedge in place.
Surely that should have been the case for high risk ventures into eagle ford.
Can anyone answer how this could of occurred. Is it standard procedure?
Did MH back NSE so it was not compulsory.
Its all academic now.We have all done our dosh unless there is a dramatic turn in POO and i dont see that happening this unless the middle east fires up again bigtime or the like.
