Ann: Company Update & Future Outlook, page-9

I don't see anything negative here, confused why the sentiment has shifted? I wasn't expecting anything more than what has been announced. Obviously the price was marginally under the average but I just feel that the competition to get customers is worth the cost.. I'm not sure what the challenge the customers are facing either but they certainly wouldn't be overjoyed about the costs at the moment.
