    I suppose Mr. Market is reluctant to rise up (but) for all the wrong reasons. As far as YTC goes, Mr. Market has been truly beaten down and while still in pain is reluctant to get up just because more tantalising, undefinitive, news is released.

    But what a buying opportunity for contrarians.
